CASO Commercial Loans Operations Platform is responsible for processing the Loans portfolio for NY Branch and Canada Branch activity.The job holder will have day to day responsibility for the administration of all facilities and associated products linked with these, for some of the branches of Crédit Agricole CIB. Ensuring that all Business-As-Usual processes are undertaken in a timely and efficient manner and necessary controls are adhered to.Different types of Loans are included:Bilateral LoansExport Finance (agent and participant)Syndicated Loans where the bank is agentParticipant LoansCASO CLO is responsible for arranging the necessary funding of these loans, initiating recent drawings, handling roll over's, repayments, pre-payments, issuance of some notices, calculation and processing of commissions in respect of the facilities administered.Cash flows relating to movements in the loans portfolio are managed by CASO CLO and will be subject to checking and authorisation.CASO CLO is also responsible for:The booking of all associated loan transactions in Back Office systemsReconciliation between FO and BO systemsBooking and management/distribution of fees,



commissionsFollowing up all non receipts and settling claims against or for ourselvesReconciliation and justification of internal accountsProduction controlsKey ResponsibilitiesAdministering Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, Pre-payments, Funding, Rate-Fixings, Fees and Commission posting, External payments, collection of interest, Nostro Reconciliations, general administration related to the loans portfolio managed along with undertaking adhoc queries and investigations, monitoring all associated data under responsibility of GELOPValidate captures, events and payments processed by other members of the team (clerks or eventually other validators)Mailbox managementActively assist in the training and development of less experienced members of the team with on-the-job training, coaching and developmentProvide guidance to other members of the team regarding technical loans administration subjects, provide regular coaching to loans administratorEnsure compliance with all necessary controls and procedures in respect of local regulations of branches servicedResponsibility to elevate any issues/problem or control gaps to their Team LeaderResponsibility of daily controls (as a back-up of team leader when he/she is away)Undertake adhoc duties and project work to assist the Management teamWhen necessary assist the management team in the enhancement of systems, notably Users Acceptance Tests (UAT)
