You will administer Microsoft 365 and oversee ManageEngine ServiceDesk while ensuring the smooth operation of technologies used across global sites.

- Administer ManageEngine ServiceDesk and asset workflows
- Monitor and maintain backup solutions and recovery tests




- Manage file-data migrations to SharePoint Online

- Post-Secondary diploma in IT related fields
- Minimum 5 years in IT, 3 years in system administration
