Southern Health-Santé Sud is seeking a Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse for Home Care, Personal Care Home and Transitional Care to apply the nursing process and support clients toward optimal health. The role emphasizes patient-centered care across acute, transitional and home care settings.

The incumbent will practice within full scope, pursue ongoing education, and adhere to RHPA, qualified standards and ethics.
