We have an exciting new opportunity to jointheSodexo team as our nextEnvironmental Services Team Lead.How You'll MakeanImpact:Ensure all housekeeping is carried out in accordance with Sodexo health and safety policies.Audit and provide monitoring for the team as well as support all training for their shifts:Coordinateactivities of housekeeping employees engaged in cleaning within a very busy setting.Assistin ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees and guestsAssistin monitoring employee productivity and provides suggestions for increased service or productivityEnsure health and safety policies are followed and implemented.Perform daily inspection of rooms, common areas and general areas in the buildingsPerformday to day assignments in addition to lead duties including use of heavy duty equipment, floor polishing etc.Workwith customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service,
