Aadgaa Naay Elementary SchoolAn employment opportunity exists for aLEARNING SUPPORT TEACHERA temporary full-time (1.0 FTE) Learning Support Teacher effective as soon as possible to June 30, 2027 at Sḵ aadgaa Naay Elementary School.RequirementsA university teaching major, or its equivalent, directly related to the teaching position; Understanding and being committed to the Calls to Action of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, including the eradication of existing and persistent equity gaps for specific groups of children; Completion of Level B Assessment Training course or willingness to obtain; High level of skills related to successful classroom management, and to the development and maintenance of a positive classroom climate; Experience with multi-grade classes an asset; Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, instruct and evaluate learning activities for students' strengths and for their academic, social, emotional and behavioural needs; Assume primaryresponsibility for designing, instructing, assessing,
