Company:Number of Openings:1Worker Type:PermanentPosition Overview:At Finning, the world’s largest Caterpillar deal, we are looking for two experienced Mining Technical Service Representatives – Shovels and Drills to support our mining customers across Canada.In this role you will serve as a trusted technical advisor for shovel and drill fleets, helping customer improve equipment reliability, availability, and performance. Working closely with mine team, you will perform equipment audits, provide technical recommendations, coordinate service support and ensure equipment operation and maintenance align with Caterpillar OEM standards.If you are a seasoned Heavy Equipment Technician, Millwright, Engineer, or mining professional who enjoys solving complex equipment challenges and building strong customer relationships, we’d like to hear from you.We anticipate the starting base salary for this position will be between $115 - $125k, with an addition of a short term incentive plan.
