-WFH Policy: x1 day per week in the office The Cyber and Information Security Office at the Department of Customer Service (DCS) is looking for a

SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and IAM specialist to help deliver critical projects.

The role will initially be for 12 months with a robust possibility of extension. Benefits:

The Cyber Security program of work will uplift cyber security across DCS reducing the likelihood and impact of a cyber attack.





This role is pivotal to help mitigate security risks across DCS and its Agencies, whilst contributing to strengthening the security posture within the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:

- Your primary responsibility will be focus on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud configuration and code updates
- Documentation of implemented solutions
- Design and implementation of IAM security solutions
- Providing expert IAM advice to both technical and business teams About you:
- Exceptional technical skills in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
- A collaborative team player who can work with technical and non-technical teams to ensure appropriate understanding of process, procedures and requirements.
- You will openly share your knowledge within the team and help mentor junior staff
- Experience with other Identity Products would be highly regarded (Okta, Entra ID, Beyond Trust
