Our client is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead a sales team, build customer relationships, and drive business growth across the Interior of British Columbia. This position is based in Kamloops, BC and is ideal for an experienced sales qualified who enjoys developing new business, leading a team, and working with commercial and industrial customers.

Compensation

- $90,000–$100,000 base salary

Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and support the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer accounts.
- Prepare and respond to RFPs, tenders, and sales proposals.
- Respond to customer inquiries and pricing requests promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and industrial customers.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Travel regularly throughout the Interior of BC to visit customers, strengthen relationships, and develop new business.





Qualifications

- 3–5 years of sales management or team leadership experience, with responsibility for guiding a sales team and achieving business targets.
- Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team.
- Experience with RFPs, tenders, or sales proposals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial awareness and a results-driven approach.
- Experience in oil and gas, heavy equipment, industrial sales, or a related industry is an asset.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly throughout the Interior of BC, including customer visits outside Kamloops.
- Marketing experience is an asset.
