Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Milton, ON. This role is responsible for managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting new OEM and industrial clients, qualifying leads, and presenting CBM’s custom metal and manufacturing solutions. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and delivering product demonstrations, responding to customer inquiries, and creating quotations in collaboration with engineering and production teams.

The Sales

Specialist will maintain and grow existing accounts, support order follow-up,



and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication. This position also involves participating in sales training initiatives, tracking sales activities in CRM tools, and providing feedback to improve sales processes and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, understand requirements, and provide responsive support.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, with experience working toward sales targets.
- Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to support team learning, share product knowledge, and help drive sales performance.
- Experience in B2B or industrial/manufacturing sales is highly beneficial, especially with OEM clients and technical products.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings or specifications, and collaborate effectively with engineering and production teams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM software and standard office applications.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
