Our team is dedicated to excellence, collaboration, and maximizing asset performance for a variety of development projects.Your RoleReporting to theQAQC Manager, you will play a key role in our QAQC division. As ourQAQC Technician, you will possess the ability to learn and apply company methods, practices, procedures and regulatory requirements regarding the installation of modern plumbing and hydronics systems. You will be responsible for completing QAQC for Enersolv’s commercial projects while providing detailed reporting and documentation. You will be expected to demonstrate a high level of communication and dedication to our foremen, superintendents and project managers. You will be expected to collaborate with site teams and ensure proper installation of suite plumbing and remain invested in the site’s overall success until completion.Being punctual, adaptable and personable will be a daily expectation as a QAQC representative of Enersolv.ResponsibilitiesComplete pre-board and fixture commissioning checklists and inspectionsRead drawings, pre-diagnose conflict,



and recommend solutionsPerform QAQC duties that are tailored to the Site Foreman’s likingDemonstrate high quality installation to site crews with a positive attitudeEducate site teams with QAQC expectations & processesPerform all duties within the site scheduleProvide improvements as needed with commercial and residential plumbing, fixture installationsWrite detailed reports with photo documentationEnsure projects are up to building and plumbing codeBuild rough-in and finishing packages for site teams.Skills and Qualifications8-10 years experience on residential and commercial projects:High rise domestic water systemsHigh rise hydronic systemsA strong understanding of Procore & SitedocsGas knowledge & experiencePlumbing or Gas-fitting Red Seal TicketLevel 1 First Aid (considered an asset)Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) (considered an asset)Possess personal hand tools for the trade.
