We are currently seeking a results-oriented Sales/Business Development Manager to help us grow our client base and deliver customized security solutions. 5% performance bonus annually ~ Monday to Friday schedule â no weekends ~ Strong internal operations support to ensure client success ~ Paid training and mentoring from experienced leadership Generate new business through cold calls, warm leads, emails, and networking Close sales and ensure successful onboarding of new clients Oversee post-sale operations including hiring, training, and scheduling guards Collaborate with the Regional Manager and National Director on growth strategies Manage client invoicing and follow up on payments Attend industry events, trade shows,



and networking functions Track client needs and tailor security service solutions accordingly Minimum 1 year of sales experience or a strong desire to build a career in sales Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools Security industry experience is an asset but not required Must be able to travel locally to meet clients in person. Year 1: $57,324.80 (includes 4% vacation pay + 2% sick pay) ~ Year 2: $62,732.80 (includes 4% vacation pay only; Year 3: $69,222.40 (includes 4% vacation pay) ~5% performance bonus annually ~ Monday to Friday schedule â Adaptable work hour plan. ~ Strong internal operations support to ensure client success ~ Paid training and mentoring from experienced leadership.
