What We’re Looking For:

- Previous automotive or commissioned sales experience is considered an asset, but not required. Sales expereince is a must!
- Passion for luxury brands and customer service excellence
- Skilled appearance and demeanor
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

What You’ll Do:

- Greet and engage customers with professionalism and confidence
- Understand each customer’s lifestyle, needs, and preferences to match them with the ideal vehicle
- Present, demonstrate, and sell new and pre-owned luxury vehicles




- Cultivate relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Maintain knowledge of all current models, features, and incentives
- Follow up with leads and prospects using CRM tools and best-in-class communication
- Meet and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced, high-reward environment
