American Eagle is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team by delivering robust LOD shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You drive daily operations, train and motivate associates, and champion AEO Brand Standards while bringing your REAL self to work.

You will lead in-store sales by maximizing fitting room and floor productivity, recruit and develop talent, provide real-time coaching, and uphold safety and asset protection.
