You'll learn to diagnose and fix automotive issues, from routine maintenance to complex repairs, all while being mentored and guided towards a successful career in the automotive industry.If you're passionate about cars and eager to launch your automotive career, this opportunity is your gateway to becoming a skilled and certified technician.Key responsibilities:Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs as assigned.Diagnose the source of any malfunction and perform the repair.Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required.Explain procedures and repairs directly to the Service AdvisorsPerform road test and safety inspections.Qualifications:Holds an Automotive Service Technician Apprenticeship Agreement with theCollege of TradesIn their 3 rd or 4 th year of apprenticeshipValid Driver’s License (Class G) and a clean driving record.Able to operate manual and automatic transmissions.Solid Aptitude of technical/mechanical repairs.Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with anupbeat and engaging attitude.Working in ServiceDepartmentCompensation:Compensation range:
