The ideal candidate will work closely with the Project Manager to support the successful delivery of commercial construction projects. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. The successful candidate will also assist with design coordination, material selection, and collaboration between clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing commercial construction projectsManage communication and project deliverables between clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teamsTrack project schedules, milestones, budgets, and key deliverablesCoordinate material, finish, fixture, and equipment selections with clients and project stakeholdersAssist with procurement, shop drawing reviews, and project documentationMaintain accurate project records, meeting notes,



and progress reportsIdentify and help resolve project challenges to keep projects moving forwardBuild solid cross‐functional relationships to ensure project successQualificationsConstruction industry experience is mandatoryPrevious experience as a Project Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager, or similar construction management roleExperience with commercial construction and renovation projects preferredInterior design, architectural, or design coordination experience is a strong assetExperience selecting and coordinating finishes, fixtures, materials, and furnishings for commercial projectsStrong organizational, problem‐solving, and multitasking abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‐paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office and project management softwareKnowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation is an asset
