We are committed to developing retail professionals who love retail and have the passion and ability to inspire exceptional service.We are currently looking for an in-store Tailorshop Supervisor.What You'll Do:Tailoring Ensure finished product reflects HR quality and timing standards Alter garments according to pin or chalk marks made by Fitter Performing special request servicesSafety Maintain a clean, safe and fully supplied working area Clean equipment and surrounding area upon completionTeamwork Promote positive working relationships Respect the skill levels of all store contributorsHuman Resources/ Leadership Schedule Tailoring Associates Maintain organizational structure in the Tailor Shop Initiate ways to increase shop efficiencyAdministration Management of Tailor Shop Ensure the smooth operation of tailoring services Manage rush ordersWorkload Ensure appropriate distribution of workload Understand and assess shop capacity and expectationsHere's what we are looking for:At least 2 years of experience in leading a team of tailors/alterationists with a focus on ensuring deadlines are met and quality and productivity remain high so as to meet and exceed business goals.
