• Coordination Coordinate training and detailing schedules for the sales team Prepare materials, agendas, and logistics for sales team meetings Support Request for Proposal (RFP) submissions and sales documentation Assist Sales Managers and Outside Sales Representatives with administrative and account-related tasks Account &

• Contract Management Manage and support Bulk Oil contracts, including setup, renewals,



and coordination with internal teams Assist with Corporate Accounts and Group Sales accounts as required Maintain accurate customer and account information to support sales activity E-Commerce &

• Program Sales Support Support eCommerce account setup and conversion for sales-driven programs, including: Car clubs and automotive associations Lordco Racing Program accounts Ensure correct contact information and account data is captured and maintained Communicate account registration processes to customers and partners Troubleshoot and resolve account-related issues in a timely manner Track and report on sales performance metrics related to assigned accounts and programs Customer &
