Minto is seeking a Business Analyst (14-Month Term) in Ottawa or Toronto to translate business needs into Salesforce and other systems. You’ll collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to enable informed decisions and improve performance, driving solutions across processes and data governance.

You’ll partner on change management, develop training, documentation, and test plans, and help ensure user adoption while supporting multiple initiatives in a rapid-paced environment.
