Manage a portfolio of small business clients with a high-value and/or complex profile for renewal and retention with the focus on growth. Build a solid position locally within the business community through the development of Centers of Influence relationships. Begin proactive engagement of current and existing clients, utilizing your personal brand to improve their financial position and champion solutions to achieve their financial goals. Advise and partner with business owners to develop a long-lasting, sustainable success – and provide broader advice and support. Partner and work with other advisors to help keep the clients the priority. Responsibilities Manage a wide range of small business clients with complexity and/or value to meet performance and retention goals. Develop awareness in the local small business community through Centres of Influence relationships. Reach out to new and existing clients with appropriate financial advice and business solutions based on their business needs. Requirements Solid proficiency in financial statements, products, and the small business sector. Knowledge of risk management policy and the legal and security documents that apply to business products.
