The role focuses on crucial winter maintenance tasks, ensuring our properties remain safe and accessible during icy conditions. Key Responsibilities:

- Complete snow and ice removal logs using Site Foto’s app
- Report maintenance issues to the Residential Portfolio Manager
- Handle additional duties as assigned Requirements:
- Available Saturdays, Sundays, and Statutory holidays
- Minimum one year of general labor experience
- Technologically savvy and independent worker
- Valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle
- Clean driver’s abstract and CSA-approved steel-toed boots Help maintain protected living conditions and uphold Avenue Living's commitment to quality service this winter.
