We are looking for a Business Development Coordinator to join our team, help us win proposals and communicate meaningful work.This role sits at the intersection of design, writing, and strategy. You will lead the creation of architectural proposals in response to RFPs—crafting clear, compelling narratives and producing visually refined submissions using Adobe InDesign and related tools. Beyond proposals, you will contribute to broader marketing and business development initiatives, helping position the firm for continued growth.What you will do:Lead proposal development from RFP review through to final submissionWrite, edit, and coordinate content with internal teamsDesign polished,
