OverviewWills and Estates Litigation Law Clerk (Hybrid)What you will doPrepare and review applications for Certificates of Appointment, distribution plans, releases, reports, Estate Accounts, and Wills & Powers of Attorney.Prepare and manage client files, submit probate applications to the court, and maintain records for distribution preparation.Stay updated on changes in legislation and government policies.Book and attend appointments with estates litigation counsel.What you will need to succeedDiploma from a recognized Ontario Law Clerk program certified by The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in estates litigation, planning, and administration.Self-starter with excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude,
