Job Description: Overview of PositionAs an Account Director, you are responsible for selling Broadcom's Storage Networking portfolio and services directly and through the channel ecosystem to end-user customers across your assigned territory. Represents Broadcom to the customer and advocates for customer needs in all sales-oriented activities. This is a quota carrying position located in the Greater Toronto area covering clients across Ontario and Western Canada.In this role, you'll help Broadcom by:Employing strong interpersonal and communication skills to successfully identify, qualify, and win sales opportunitiesManaging a pipeline of active deals to ensure long term book-of-business sustainabilityCreating and achieving long-term and short-term account-based revenue objectives (i.E. Annual Business Plan, Quarterly Territory Plan, etc.)Developing and maintaining trusted relationships with senior level decision makers in your assigned accounts and partnersEffectively communicating Broadcom's ability to address customers' Enterprise storage needs and overall IT business objectivesDemonstrating proficiency in proposal creation, negotiation, and closing skillsExceeding quarterly and annual sales targetsRequired SkillsBachelor's degree requiredRelevant year's experience in lieu of a degree may be considered10+ years' experience in a customer-facing B2B role,



or equivalent level of education and experiencePrior experience in meeting/exceeding sales quotaStrong understanding of a value-based sales approachSignificant experience in managing a pipeline of active dealsProven leadership ability in directing cross-functional virtual teamsCompensation and BenefitsThe On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this position is CAD 169,000.00 To CAD 270,000.00 OTE includes Sales Incentive Commission in accordance with relevant plan documents and salary.
