- 2+ years as a Business Application Analyst in a financial industry or large enterprise setting• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday configurations• 1+ year of experience specifically with Workday Recruiting• 2+ years working in Agile environments using Jira• Familiarity with Workday Acquire/Talent and its AI models• Comfortable demoing Workday product capabilitiesSenior Business Systems Analyst - Workday Recruiting, Workday Acquire/Talent – Nice-to-Have Skills:
