Our stability, resources, and respectful culture supports you in building a solid career with a great team you can count on day in and day out for the long term.What You'll DoProduce a variety of parts from shop drawings to conform to specificationsRead and interpret blueprints or welding process specificationsOperate brazing and soldering equipmentOperate metal shaping machines such as brakes, shears, and other metal straightening and bending machinesParticipate in continuous improvement of processesCross train in other complementary skills to support production requirementsObserve all applicable safety requirementsBasic QualificationsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent requiredMinimum of 3 years of welding experienceCompletion of a welding apprenticeship program or equivalent hands‐on trainingAbility to read, understand and interpret blueprints and welding process specificationsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance for approximately 25% of the workday, with or without reasonable accommodationDesired SkillsExperience welding thin‐gauge materials and exotic metals, including Inconel and HastelloyKnowledge of tool design, fabrication methods, and manufacturing processesExperience working with OEM manuals, welding procedures, rework instructions,
