HST and Payroll Deductions.Ensure that the T4, T4A-NR, T5018 yearly reports are prepared and submitted on timeDuties and ResponsibilitiesMonth-EndPrepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliationMaintain depreciation and other reconciliation schedulesPrepare AP accruals for project invoices not received at month-endPrepare month-end reportingAccounts Receivable and PayableEnsure that all AP and AR invoices have been processed in a timely mannerPrepare spreadsheets for Credit Card expenses, etc.Ensure that AP payments are made by due dates to avoid all late fees and/or interest chargesFollow up on AR invoices if payment has not been received by due datesPayrollPrepare both weekly (Union)
