The ideal candidate will haveat least 5 years of hands‑on experienceproducing Mozzarella, Feta, Paneer, and other varieties of cheese at commercial volumes in a plant setting.Key Responsibilities:Produce high-quality Mozzarella, Feta, Paneer, and various other cheeses according to established recipes and production standards.Operate and maintain cheese‑making equipment in a safe and efficient manner.Monitor quality control throughout the production process.Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and schedules.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of practical cheese‑making experience in a commercial production plant.Robust knowledge of cheese‑making processes and techniques, including Paneer production.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Commitment to maintaining high product quality and safety standards.Schedule:Monday to Friday7:00 AM – 3:30 PM#J-18808-Ljbffr
