Pawsitive Veterinary Care is hiring for a Client Care Representative (Veterinary Receptionist) with a love of animals, a passion for people, and an interest in medicine, growth opportunities, and team dynamics. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, computer skills, customer service experience, and animal and/or medical experience. The role includes the following duties:
- Assisting veterinarians and client with appointments
- Organizing, scheduling, and task management
- Client communications through phones and electronics
- Maintaining veterinary medical records
- Maintaining a clean hospital environment
- Interacting and handling people's pets with love and attention
