Picture a career with us.A Day in the Life of a Area Warranty Superintendent:Schedule appointments with Jayman customersCoordinate and attend various trade days, in customer homes, to complete work as requiredLead with pride in both appearance & behaviour while on-siteResponsible for signing off both 2-month & 11-month service requestsStrong organizational skills with handling various impromptu or emergency callsFollow Jayman's processes & procedures to ensure Customer Experience excellenceService and maintain Jayman Sales Centres and ShowhomesPerform a variety of hands-on repairs in customer homesMaintain a team environment through high-quality communication with customers, trades and Jayman team membersWhat you will bring to the table:Robust home maintenance abilitiesRed Seal certification in building trades (e.G., carpentry, drywall, finishing, etc.)
