Pay and Schedule: $80,000.00 CAD annually Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm (shift varies on operational needs, coverage) Full-time position with regular working hours Positive and friendly working environment What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop warehouse employees, and team leads Oversee daily receiving, shipping, inventory,
warehousing operations and drivers Foster a robust safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety standards and PPE requirements Manage warehouse productivity, quality, and operational performance Coordinate inventory counts and maintains inventory accuracy Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and other powered industrial equipment Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and efficiency Address operational challenges proactively and drive continuous improvement Support staffing, attendance tracking, and employee performance management All other duties as assigned Benefits & Other Incentives: My Health Savings
