JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex technology and transformation initiatives. This individual will be responsible for driving execution, managing project financials, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring delivery milestones are achieved on time and within budget. The organization is migrating from legacy system Genesys to Amazon Connect. The role is accountable for driving execution, managing dependencies, risks, and financials, and ensuring alignment across business, technology, and vendor teams.

This is a highly hands-on role requiring a leader who can quickly assess challenges, manage dependencies, and drive outcomes with minimal ramp-up.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and business transformation initiatives.

Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.

Own project financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, resource planning, and reporting.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups,



retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.

Partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and vendors to ensure successful delivery.

Identify delivery gaps, remove roadblocks, and proactively mitigate risks.

Provide regular updates on project health, financial status, milestones, and key decisions.

Coordinate activities across upstream and downstream teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.

Drive accountability and maintain a strong focus on delivery outcomes.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience managing large, complex programs (technology or digital )

Minimum 8- 10 years experience

Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills

Comfortable operating in agile, waterfall or hybrid delivery environments

Proactive, structured, and able to drive outcomes with minimal oversight

Solid experience with CCaaS
