The North American team is looking for a Campus Recruiter to join their team and be the point person for the Canadian market, while also working in partnership with the team across North America. This is an exciting chance to have direct impact into the business and make a mark on the incoming population!ResponsibilitiesWork to build out the graduate, MBA and intern populations for the US business in addition to hiring early careers roles up to 4 years of experience.Grow and initiate relationships with universities, including attending on-campus recruitment events.Develop strong relationships with the internal team including understanding their business needs and providing regular updates to key stakeholders.Manage the recruitment process from start to finish,



ensuring a positive candidate experience.Source candidates for open requisitions.Run screening calls with candidates and manage applications.Liaise with external vendors as needed.Key requirements4-6 years’ experience with campus/early careers recruitment.Experience working within a corporate and fast-paced environment such as financial services or tech.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.If this opportunity aligns with your experience, please apply.
