Eyeline Studios is seeking an accomplished Director of VFX Production to lead our Vancouver-based team through all stages of VFX project delivery, from pre‑production to final handoff. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for the strategic, creative, and operational success of the studio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a energetic, people‑oriented leader with over ten years of hands‑on VFX production management experience within a studio or production company. The ideal candidate has deep experience producing and leading in the Canadian market and a strong ability to collaborate with global teams. You will oversee production operations, mentor regional staff, manage client relationships, and champion innovative workflows for continuous improvement and operational excellence at Eyeline.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all active productions in Vancouver, ensuring projects stay on budget and on schedule.
