to deliver solutionsIdentify and recommend workflow automation opportunities to improve operational efficiencySupport Agile delivery processes including backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-upsCollaborate with Product Owners on roadmap development, backlog prioritization, and feature definitionSupport development teams by clarifying requirements, resolving dependencies, and ensuring alignmentTrack and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadershipApply best practices in business analysis, process improvement, and Agile delivery methodologiesContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across teams and processesSupport system analysis, requirement traceability, and solution validation activitiesProvide facilitation support in a hybrid Business Analyst/Scrum capacity as neededQualifications 6+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in enterprise environments, with a focus on process design and optimizationProven experience leading large-scale business or IT transformation initiatives from planning through implementationStrong expertise in business process redesign, mapping, and continuous improvement in a lead capacityExperience working with digital content delivery platforms, content management systems,
