Head ChefEscape Manor, Toronto – 383 King Street WestJob DetailsFull‑time, $75,000 per year.What You’ll DoLead, coach, and develop the kitchen team.Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.Manage scheduling, labour productivity, and staffing levels.Control food and beverage cost of goods sold (COGS).Order, manage inventory, and maintain vendor relationships.Ensure food safety and health regulation compliance.Create seasonal features and menu enhancements.Work closely with venue leadership to support private events, corporate functions, and promotions.Build systems that promote efficiency, cleanliness, and teamwork.Prepare kitchen for service every day.What We’re Looking ForPrevious experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, or Senior Sous Chef.Strong leadership and coaching skills.Experience managing food costs, inventory, and labour budgets.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.Ability to remain calm and organized during busy service periods.Commitment to cleanliness, food safety,
