We are seeking an experienced Senior Functional Consultant / Business Analyst to join our Dynamics 365 and Power Platform practice. This is a senior consulting role for a professional who combines strong business analysis, discovery leadership, and functional solution design skills with the ability to guide clients through digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable facilitating executive and user workshops, gathering and analyzing requirements, mapping business processes, defining future state solutions, and collaborating with architects and delivery teams to bring those solutions to life.

This role will lead discovery and business analysis efforts for complex client engagements, contribute to solution roadmaps and Statements of Work, and support successful project delivery using Agile methodologies. We are looking for someone proficient with Azure DevOps and comfortable leveraging AI enabled tools to improve analysis, documentation quality, and delivery outcomes. Discovery and Business Analysis Leadership Facilitate current state and future state business process analysis Produce key discovery and business analysis deliverables including: ~ ~ Gap fit analysis and solution recommendations ~ Use Azure DevOps for requirements management, backlog administration, traceability, and test coordination Leverage AI assisted tools, including Microsoft Copilot and other productivity tools, to support analysis,



documentation and solution ideation Provide business process improvement recommendations and advise clients on best practices Dynamics 365 Customer Service Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Dynamics 365 Field Service Collaborate with Solution Architects and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable functional designs Project Delivery and Client Leadership Participate in Agile project delivery including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews and retrospectives Use Azure DevOps to manage delivery artifacts and support quality assurance processes Lead and support user acceptance testing, test planning, training and deployment readiness activities Partner with project managers, architects and developers to ensure successful project delivery Five or more years of hands-on experience delivering Dynamics 365 CRM / CE solutions in a consulting or client facing role Proven experience leading discovery or Phase 0 engagements and facilitating business requirements workshops Strong experience producing business analysis artifacts including workflows, swim lanes, user stories, process diagrams and functional specifications Dynamics 365 Customer Service Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Dynamics 365 Field Service Strong proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse Proficiency using Azure DevOps for backlog management, requirements traceability,



user stories and testing support Experience leveraging AI tools or Copilot to support business analysis, documentation and solution delivery Strong understanding of Agile project delivery methodologies Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline Experience working within a consulting or Microsoft partner environment Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications considered an asset CBAP, PMI PBA or related business analysis certifications considered an asset If you are a senior consultant who combines strong business analysis skills, discovery leadership, up-to-date delivery practices and a passion for helping clients transform with Microsoft technologies, we would like to hear from you.

The hourly rate for this role is between $43-$48 CAD per hour, depending on years of comparable experience, skill set, and the unique value you bring. Must be legally entitled to work in Canada or the United States and be available for occasional travel in Canada and the USA. Qualified candidates will be asked to complete a Predictive Index survey as part of the application process.
