BeachHead is seeking an experienced recruiter to own full-cycle IT contract recruitment from sourcing to offers. You will work with Account Managers to understand client needs, find top IT talent, and manage candidates through the process.

We offer a remote work arrangement with a base CAD 60,000–80,000 plus commission. You will need at least three years of IT recruitment experience and a robust grasp of the Canadian market.
