About the OpportunityOur client, GT Painting, is a well-established and highly respected commercial and residential painting contractor with a strong reputation for delivering quality work, exceptional customer service, and long-term client relationships across Atlantic Canada. As we add offices and take on bigger projects, we want to grow our own people into bigger roles right alongside the company. No painting or construction background? No problem. We're more interested in the fundamentals: someone who's organized, communicates well, and can keep a project and the people on it moving forward. If you've got solid project management skills from any industry, we'll teach you the trade-specific know-how.Compensation & Benefits$75,000 - $80,000, plus company vehicle and phone allowance.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, schedule, and oversee commercial painting projects from bid to completionServe as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring explicit communication throughout each projectCoordinate crews, subcontractors,

You may come from painting, construction, or another project-driven industry — what matters most is how you manage projects and people, not the specific trade background. The successful candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable being the main point of contact between clients, crews, and subcontractors.
