This is an outstanding opportunity for a dedicated finance professional with strong critical thinking skills who wants to play a hands-on role in overseeing fund operations, reporting, and team mentorship. You will work closely with the CFO, the FP&A; team, and all levels of the organization - to ensure accurate financial forecasting and compliance.In this role, you will oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deliverables for a portfolio of funds while ensuring adherence to ASPE. You will manage quarterly board reporting, oversee the annual budget process, and act as the key liaison for the annual audit. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a team of four direct reports and manage critical investor transactions, including capital calls and distributions.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deliverables, ensuring accuracy, deadline adherence, and ASPE compliance.Review monthly fund forecasts to ensure covenant adherence, adequate liquidity,
