We work closely with clients to improve performance, efficiency, and long-term wealth strategies.Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly organized and reliable Operations & Client Manager to handle the day-to-day management of client relationships and internal operations. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth, qualified experience for all clients while allowing the founder to focus on strategy and growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage client onboarding (collect documents, organize information, set expectations)Coordinate and schedule client calls and meetingsHandle communication across WhatsApp, email, and other platformsFollow up with leads and existing clients consistentlyMaintain and organize client records, files,
