Job TitleSupply Chain Quality Assurance / Product Quality, Safety and ComplianceOverviewYou lead the plan‑do‑check‑act (PDCA) process of the site quality management system and report results to the quality section manager. You support elements of the site’s quality system, including internal documentation, change management, internal audits, effective PDCA cycles, CAPA system management, and management review. In addition, you coordinate the eQCMS bi‑annual review, handle consumer complaints from start to finish, and serve as a key contact for food regulatory agency inspections.ResponsibilitiesDaily oversight of all food safety and quality activities of the production areas (HACCP, GMP, Specification Compliance, SOP Compliance).Lead and collaborate with business unit leaders, process engineers, and production colleagues to implement Lean Six Sigma tools to improve product quality, reduce defects and complaints, and reduce scrap waste.Maintain and review, and file quality and food safety paperwork on a daily basis in accordance with company guidelines.Investigate consumer complaints and trends.Facilitate quality discussions and training activities.Manage hold/release and non‑conformance procedures for finished product or raw/pack materials.Manage quality incidents from investigation, remediation and follow‑up through closure of corrective and preventive actions.Participate in project teams for new equipment and infrastructure, working with Safety,
