Lead, Corporate Security and Business ContinuityWe are seeking a Lead to join our Enterprise & Operational Risk team. The role reports to the Director, Business Continuity & Corporate Security and is responsible for achieving the required level of personal and physical security for corporate employees and assets, as well as responding to security events, including travel related incidents, and driving continuous improvement of security measures.Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead the strategy to mature the Corporate Security program and Occupational Health & Safety program, including tools, policy, protocols, and processes that ensure the safety of corporate employees and physical assets.- Ensure workplace violence mitigation, investigations, personal and physical security vulnerability risk assessments, travel security, event security, and executive protection provisioning and training.- Establish and maintain program processes and practices, keeping security protocols current and incorporating industry standards.- Maintain documentation, tools, and instructional guides for the Corporate Security program.- Partner with Facilities, Guest Services, and Building Property Management to coordinate communication in routine and emergency situations, scheduling and coordinating physical security tests and exercises.- Engage and liaise with security third‑party vendors, including travel security vendor and physical security suppliers.- Coordinate physical threat risk assessments for Head Office and Global Business Offices.- Support physical and personal security investigations and oversee security planning and coverage for corporate events.- Manage the Closed‑Circuit Video System policy and protocol and maintain relationships with local Occupational Health & Safety authorities.- Coordinate monthly safety hazard floor inspections and mitigation actions; complete performance metrics reports (monthly, quarterly,



bi‑annual).- Lead the Training and Awareness program for Corporate Security and Occupational Health & Safety.- Track and report on key risk indicator metrics (KRI).- Support BIA and BCP processes, coordinate BCP exercises, and assist in incident, crisis, and business continuity response protocols.- Act as expert administrator for the emergency mass notification system, travel security platform, and business continuity management platform software.Required Skills- 3 to 5 years of experience in the corporate security industry, with exposure to financial services and/or real estate or other related corporate environments.- 3 to 5 years of experience managing a corporate Occupational Health & Safety program.- 3 to 5 years of experience developing security procedures and protocols.- 3 years of experience in a project‑management role with ability to prioritize multiple activities.- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).- Strong organizational skills and ability to remain calm under high‑stress conditions.Desired Skills- 1–2 years of experience supporting business continuity management activities including BIAs and BCP exercises.- Excellent presentation, training, and team‑building skills.- Strong ability to learn new software at an expert administrator level.- Highly developed relationship and communication skills for diverse audiences.- Driven focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high‑quality outcomes.- Excellent data gathering and analysis skills.Compensation and Benefits- Salary range: $86,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year.- Potential annual incentive award under short‑term and long‑term incentive plans.- Group benefits and retirement plans as outlined in the offer letter.- Hybrid work guideline: employees are expected to work in the office 4 days per week.Equal Chance EmployerWe are an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive, barrier‑free recruitment and selection process that extends through the entire employee experience.
