Elevate BDC's data and AI initiatives as the Assistant Vice-President, Data & AI in a hybrid work model. Lead teams, facilitate collaboration, and drive enterprise value through data strategies. As a senior leader reporting to the Chief Data and AI Officer, you will be accountable for building and guiding key capability chapters at BDC.

Your focus will include Data Engineering, Advanced Analytics & AI, and Intelligent Automation. You'll ensure that teams maintain high performance while aligning technical strategies with enterprise goals. Key Responsibilities:

- Coach and develop Chapter Leads across capability areas
- Establish leadership routines and performance expectations
- Support defining the technical vision for data and AI
- Oversee technical standards and reusable patterns
- Ensure delivery teams have access to essential capabilities Requirements:
- Extensive leadership experience in data and AI
- Proven track record of leading diverse teams
- Familiarity with banking and financial services is a plus
