Responsible for safe, efficient, and sustainable provincial highway corridors that enable mobility and economic development in alignment with provincial transportation and highway expansion plans, through an approach that is client focused and partnership driven.
As the highway corridor management function involves several complex and inter - connected sub -functions, the product development activities have been planned in a manner to help ensure that features and components benefit from continuous user feedback.
The product is intended to provide an end -to -end online solution for businesses and individuals to:
· Secure approvals for all work, including land developments, adjacent to provincial highways
· Enable seamless, integrated services across all corridor management functions,
eliminating the need to provide the same information more than once and making sure that the results of one review process are readily available to related reviews; and
· Automate and streamline the integration of pre -consultations, major land use planning and development Land Development Reviews and permit applications.
