Ensure all contracts and subcontract agreements are administered in compliance with applicable legislation, regulatory requirements, client obligations, and company policies and procedures.Coordinate the contract and subcontract pre-award process, including the review of commercial terms, documentation, and contractual requirements.Prepare, review,



and administer contracts, subcontracts, amendments, change orders, and other contractual documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor contractual obligations, deliverables, and milestones to ensure compliance with contract terms and timely execution of work.Collaborate with project management, engineering, project controls, HSSE, quality, and operations teams to address contractual matters and support project objectives.Manage contract correspondence and maintain complete, accurate, and auditable contract records and documentation.Review and process contractor and subcontractor
