Through hands‑on learning, job shadowing, and exposure to multiple trade disciplines, the program supports individuals in developing foundational skills, understanding workplace expectations, and making informed career decisions. The program aims to prepare participants for potential pathways into trade‑related employment, apprenticeship opportunities, or further technical training,
