We're hiring a senior product leader to bring our product strategy to life inside the game.

This is not a people management role at present. You'll lead through execution, turning creative vision into compelling systems and delightful player experiences that drive both engagement, retention, virality, and revenue . You've already made meaningful contributions to top-grossing mobile free-to-play games , especially in simulation, life sim, strategy, or crafting genres.

Translate product vision into buildable systems, features, and delightful UX Own core gameplay systems: crafting, progression, economy, social features, monetization Apply quantitative rigor : define KPIs, track player behavior, design A/B tests,



and use insights to inform iteration and improve player and business outcomes 7+ years in mobile F2P product management , including contributions to market-leading games ~ Deep expertise in simulation, crafting, life sim, or strategy game mechanics, economy & monetization systems ~ Comfort creating product flows, specs, and UX artifacts (e.g., Strong data literacy : retention analysis, behavioral funnels, experimentation frameworks ~ Bonus Points For Background in UGC platforms, creator tools, or social storytelling games Personal creative practice (writing, storytelling, visual worldbuilding, etc.) This isn't just a job—it's a rare opportunity to co-create a new category of game at the intersection of storytelling, AI, and player expression.
