Lead enterprise account growth as a Senior Program Manager with MTLI Group. Drive national outreach and construction projects to transform a $3M account into a $20M powerhouse.
In this full-time role, you will manage a national enterprise account while reporting directly to the CEO. Your key responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of industrial construction projects across Canada, executing strategic client outreach, and developing accurate project estimates. You'll also build out internal infrastructure to streamline operations and drive significant revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct proactive outreach to client facilities across Canada • Oversee industrial construction lifecycle from planning to execution • Lead RFP quotations and develop accurate cost estimates • Build the program within CRM and ERP software effectively • Act as the main contact point for client relationships
Requirements: • Proven expertise in industrial construction management • Detailed technical knowledge of construction processes • Experience in estimating and managing RFPs • Robust account management and relationship skills • Willingness to travel across Canada as needed
