Position Overview

Reporting to senior leadership, the Senior Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties. The role involves coordinating maintenance activities, managing contractors and vendors, conducting property inspections, and ensuring compliance with operational standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities





- Oversee the daily operations of an assigned property portfolio.
- Manage tenant relations and respond to operational concerns.
- Coordinate maintenance programs, repairs, and capital projects.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure building standards are maintained.
- Manage service contracts and oversee third-party vendors.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Support budgeting and expense management initiatives.
- Assist with leasing activities, renewals, and tenant communications.
- Prepare operational reports and recommendations for management.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.

Desired Candidate

- Minimum 5 years of experience in property management or a similar role.
- Experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
- Solid understanding of building operations, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations.
- Experience managing contractors, vendors, and service providers.
- Experience with real estate softwares : Hopem, Yardi, BuildingStack
- Must be bilingual
