As part of the MLSE VIP Experience and Hospitality team, you will have the unique opportunity to support the team on a day-to-day basis with a wide range of initiatives and gain experience across 7 brands (TML, TR, TFC, ARGOS, LIVE, Marlies, Raps905) and 4 different venues (SBA, BMO, Bud Stage, CCC).MLSE's internship term dates are from September 8, 2026 to December 18, 2026.ResponsibilitiesSupport strategic planning of experiences to support retention strategies, generate new revenue streams, and deliver exceptional member experiences.Execute extensive research of VIP Hospitality, VIP engagement, innovative solutions and best practices across leagues to inform future membership services and retention strategies.Support data management initiatives to maintain data integrity on our VIP & Premium Membership bases.Complete monthly calculations and reconciliations for key accounts.Collaborate across multiple internal departments to coordinate court experiences.Deliver enhanced premium seating experience.Perform daily multi-department needs in relation to VIP members, satisfaction,
